Michael Merriam has been a litigator in Massachusetts for over 25 years. He has tried in excess of 100 bench and jury trials in courts throughout the Commonwealth in the areas of auto liability, general liability, products liability, municipal liability, bad faith claims, insurance coverage, premises liability, liquor liability, and construction litigation. Michael is a Past President of the Essex County Bar Association and Greater Lynn Bar Association. He is also a Massachusetts court certified conciliator and conciliation trainer. Michael has handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations both as a neutral and as counsel over the course of his career.
